1. Your company is a trading company or a factory.
RE: We are a factory based company.
2. What is your MOQ request ?
RE: In the beginning sample stage, the whole products we don’t have MOQ limit, so one pcs sample we also can ship .
3. What is your delivery time
RE: samples we have stock for 1-100pcs , if bigger than 100pcs ,then lead time is 4 weeks.
4. Can you offer OEM or ODM service .
RE: If your quantity is exceed 500pcs per year , 200pcs/model/lot ,we can accept the OEM service .
ODM service will have MOQ request of 2K pcs/year.
5. What is your warranty time after sale .
RE: We offer one year warranty time after sale . If not human reason cause the broken , we will repair it for customer free of charge. But customer should bear the cost ship back .
6. Do you offer SDK service ?
RE: Yes, but have the quantity request of 1K per model per order.
