Air-pressuretyvek paper heat sealing machine
Feature of tyvek paper heat sealing machine :
1.The medical products are heat-sealed by upper heating plate. After sealed,it can pass sealed strength test, peel test, dye penetration test, etc., the sealing effect is perfect.
2. The machine uses big cylinder and four guide pins to guide the pressure plate, it is flatter, the pressure is more stable, the paper and blister adhesive perfectly.
3. Cylinder drives mold plate which can increase production efficiency.
4. Fix with Φ160mm cylinder to drive pressure plate, higher pressure, stable sealing and good looking.
5. Install the emergency stop button, can stop working anytime, ensure the safety of operator also reduce the output of defective products.
6.Three temperature controllers design can make the sealing temperature more stable and also be easy to adjust local temperature in case of influencing the whole sealing effect.
7. Stainless steel machine body, 30mm thickness of pressure plate which can avoid deforming during high temperature.
