This intensely fragrant, elegant rosé is produced from the red grape varieties traditional to the magnificent Veneto hills, Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara. Its lively, crisp, but velvet-smooth palate make it a delicious aperitif wine, but enjoy it as well with antipasti, first courses, and with light meats. Serve at 8-10°C.\t\t
The vineyards
Proud of its role as steward of Verona’s traditional local wines, Cantina di Soave has over the years constantly upgraded its vineyard management practices, both in terms of quality and of research. The goal is to maintain a standard of absolute quality, ensuring vine health through emphasis on organic practices. Average vineyard yields are kept low in order to achieve varietal faithfulness in the fruit.
