Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?
Standard sample can send immediately, mass production time needs 10-20 days for order quantity more than 300 square meter.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for acoustic panel order?
It is depond on product, general minimum MOQ is 50 square meter.

Q4. How do you ship the samples and how long does it take to arrive?
For samples we will choose best express service ( DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT ) acorrding to Delivery address. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q5. Do you provide installation?
We provide installation guide, in general, we send two person for installation instructions on site, customer need cover tickets, hotels, accommodations, 120-200USD one person per day for instructions.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on packing?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
