Lab model Powder Coating Electrostatic Painting Equipment is the perfect solution for laboratory powder coating applications. Designed for short runs, the Lab Unit features a Diameter 20cm ,Height 30cm or 40cm fluidizing powder hopper and is easily cleaned between color changes.
Box feed Unit model
Box feed type Powder Coating Electrostatic Painting Equipment is good for quick and easy color changes,It is designed to use the powder manufacturer's original carton. An inclined vibration table allows complete emptying of the powder box via the fluidized suction tube.
Hopper powder coating model
The COLO-668 Hopper Feed unit is the most common type of powder coating system. As opposed to using the vibrating base system in the box-feed unit the powder gets fluidized in the hopper itself which has fluidity plate at the bottom of the hopper.
The standard powder coating system comes with a 50 liter hopper which is preferable for larger volume and continuous operations. There is also small and big hoppers available which allows the system to scale to your particular needs.
