Q: How to get a sample?
A: For old customers, we can provide sample free and customer only need pay express freight. or new customers, we will charge 50% higher then the unit price as sample fee and customers need to pay express freight also.
Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A: For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight cllected. For those customers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express
freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
Q: How to pay sample charges?
A: You can pay to our company account. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The prepare time for sampe will be 2-7days.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually. we accept T/T, irevocable LC at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.
