1.Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company? A: We are a professional manufaturer that specializes in manufacturing mobile power, charging equipment, Bluetooth devices and other intelligent digital products. We focus on design, production and R & D. You are welcomed to visit our factory. 2.Q: What’s your MOQ? Can I test product quality first before placing bulk orders? A: Small trial order is acceptable, samples can be sent for your actual checking. Sample fee will be returned if mass order confirmed. 3.Q:What’s your payment ways and How can I place an order? A: Payments can be made by Credit Card, TT, Western Union, Paypal, Alipay ect. For mass orders, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. 4.Q: How about your lead time? A: 1-3 business days for sample, 3-15 business days for mass production. (Based on the order quantity and production schedule) 5.Q: What’s your warranty? A: 12 months.
