Automatic Optical Inspection PCB AOI Machine
Automated Optical Inspection or AOI for short is used for chip position,angle,unclean and glue overflow testing and automatically sorting.
Configuration
1.Japanese brand MORITEX 4-fold high-definition Telecentric lens with 20 million cameras with a single pixel accuracy of 0.6 microns.
2.Japanese brand Vst double HD lens with 20 million HD camera, single pixel accuracy up to 2.3 microns.

Application
1.Patch position measurement: by CCD measuring patch position relationship, feedback the measurement data, judge whether the patch position degree is normal or not, and bind the upload system with the QR code.
2.Patch overflow detection: detection of patch overflow, feedback detection data, determine whether the patch overflow is normal, and with the QR code binding upload system.
3.Patch angle detection: detect patch overflowing condition, feedback detection data, judge patch overflowing glue is normal, and bind to upload system with QR code.
4.The interface can monitor the state of measurement or adjust the parameters.
5.Online measurement, data upload, suitable for matching with unmanned automatic production line.
6.Customer testing items can be added according to customer situation.
