2.Even we packed them well, there is chance that bulbs will get damaged or broken or failed to give out light becaue they shaked or smased each other when they are on the trip.
3.How to file a claim to us:
A.Please examine the master box first to see if there is damage or holes so we can claim to related agency if this situation occurs.
B.Please kindly take pictures and send back to us whether the master box was broken,glass shell are broken, the pillar or lamptick are broken,or just bulb faliure.
If confirmed, we will REFUND to you accordingly or give you A SPECIAL DISCOUNT on the next order.
