Application

 

DPP-260KI- Ⅱ Automatic Blister packing Machine is our advanced equipment designed under updated improvement. Adopt of the integral technology applying frequency inverter for speed control and mechanism, electricity, light and air to machine. Its design is in strict compliance with GMP standard and takes lead in the blister packer’s filed. Featuring advanced functions, simple operation, high output, and the machine is ideal packing equipment for large and medium size pharmaceutical enterprises, health food and food stuff plant.

 

Characteristic

· Blister Machine DPP-260KI- Ⅱ is the second generation of DPP260Ki.

· Equipped with automatic format locking, positioning system, achieves extremely straightforward format changeover (new).

· Sealing pressure adopts the gas-hydraulic pressure cylinder, so the pressure can be set freely according to the sealing area (commonly a larger sealing area requires higher pressure) (new).  

· All the main parts are made of premium stainless steel and alu-alloy material, and machined by advanced high precision CNC tooling machines.

· This machine accommodates two forming material reels. One of the reel’s diameters can reach up to 600mm, if it equips the waste material trimming cutter (optional), it could allow production runs of approximately 90 minutes, therefore, reducing the material replacement frequency.

· This machine is equipped with an integrated forming material splicer to enhance efficiency during material replacement.

· The upper and lower plates adopt contact heating method that significantly reduces the forming temperature. Thus the shrinkage, deforming of packaging material and power consumption are minimized.

· Using a fast lock method enables replacement of lid material easily within 10 seconds.

· The blister length can be set freely through Touch Screen User Interface, which reduces the time for a format changeover.

Service Terms

 

Payment

30% deposit payment with purchase order; 70% balance prior to shipment

 

Shipment

Lead Time: Approx. 40 days shipping upon receiving purchase order and 30% deposit payment.

Customer is responsible for all freight and crating charges for machinery unless stated otherwise.  

All crating, freight and insurance charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  

We are not responsible for delays in shipping from carriers.

 

Set-up and Training

Onsite set up and training at $100 per day per technician/engineer plus travel expenses.

Installation does NOT include bringing utilities to equipment location nor moving the equipment into place.  

Aligned technicians are not allowed to wire or utility plumbing (gas, water, air, or steam) or building modifications during any installation of equipment and auxiliary equipment.

(End-user is responsible for actual round trip airfares, local hotel, meals, accommodation and local transportation.) 

 

Validity:

60 Days from quotation date.

All changed to original purchase order must be in writing and accepted by Aligned.

Revision and changes to existing orders may result in new charges to be borne by buyer.

 

Cancellation Fees:

There will be a fee of 30% value of the order.

 

Warranty:

Valid 12 months from date of shipment.
