1. What about your payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit in advance, and the balance 70% paid before loading.

2. When can I get your response?

We usually reply within 45min after we get your inquiry. If you are urgent get the price, please call us or email us so that we will regard your inquiry as priority.

3. How about your lead time?

Regularly, it would be 20-45 days after the payment received. It depends on the order quantity and the season when you place in the order, if you are on an urgent order, feel free to contact me.

4. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra? How long can I expect to get the sample?

Yes, we could offer the sample, but according to the specific quantity and requirements, in some case, the cost is required. The sample will be ready for delivery in 7-10 days and sent to you via express arrive in 3-5 workdays.

5. What is your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods with white bubble chamber and  brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

6. Do you accept customized orders?

Customized color is available, if possible, co-sign is much better. OME orders are welcome
