It is a die and punch type mechanical press with two fly wheels. Each fly wheel is driven by belts with motors. Material is continuously fed through a hopper by means of belt conveyor with its own gearbox and a motor. From feeding chamber, material is compressed by ram through taper bore die. Briquettes comes out from cooling line. Total process is continuous and controlled by electric panel.

1.\tThe overview picture of the machine

After putting powdery materials into the machine inlet, the motor drives the screw to rotate to press them into different shapes of six arris or other forms.
Sleeves can be easily changed. Different shapes of sleeves make different shapes of products.

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (size is about 3-5mm), if your raw material size is big;

2. Dry the material by the dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 8%- 12%; if your raw material moisture content is higher than 8-12%;

3. Put the dried material into feeding inlet of briquette machine by worker or by screw conveyor;

4. Produce the briquette from the dried material without any additive by the wood briquette machine;

5. Carbonized the briquette and become charcoal briquette.
