Gas shielded welding wire for pressure equipment  GB/T8110  ER55-B3L  NB/T47018 ER55-B3L  AWS A5.28 ER80S-B3L

 

APPLICATIONS:

It is used for welding 2.25% cr-1sm heat-resistant steel (such as 7p2.15c2mol) with working temperature below 50c. It is commonly used in the welding of conventional thermal power station construction and petrochemical equipment.

CHARACTERISTICS:

THQ-55B3L welding wire is 2.25% Cr-1% Mo low carbon pearlitic heat-resistant steel solid gas shielded welding wire, which is protected by rich argon gas, has better high-temperature corrosion resistance than general low-alloy Pearlite Heat-resistant steel. Due to the low carbon content of welding wire, the deposited metal has good crack resistance.

ATTENTION:

1. Before welding, rust, oil, water and other impurities on the weldment must be removed.

2. The welding linear energy will directly affect the mechanical properties of the weld. The magnitude of the linear energy depends on the importance of the structure. The more important the structure is, the more parameters are provided. The user shall formulate the part connection specification of Hetong production according to the specific situation.
