Light-absorbing & Thermogenic Plastic Master Batches

Brief Introduction                                                                     

This product is a fiber-grade thermogenic master batch, which can be drawn to produce thermogenic fiber and fabric. Under the illumination condition, the surface temperature of the fabrics is obviously higher than that of common fabrics. The light-absorption molecules in master batch absorbs infrared rays from the sun, then molecular vibration intensifies, which causes the temperature to rise, thus converting light energy into heat energy.

Application Field                                                                       

It is used for the development of thermogenic fiber or fabric, such as winter clothing, such as warm underwear, coat, etc.

Application Method                                                                    

Adding ratio(weight) is suggested 1.5~3%, as which mix evenly with fiber-grade PET plastic chips, and produce as the original process.
