A: For standard we use yaoli cartridge, if requested, Sedal,Wanhai or Hent cartridge and other brand are avaible, cartridge lifetime is 500,000 times.

Q6. What’s your guarantee period?
A: We give 5 years guarantee for our products. If any quality problems on our side, we will send you the relevant replacement.

A:If we have the sample in stock, we can send you anytime, but if the sample is not available in stock, we need to prepare for it.:
1/ For sample delivery time: general we need about 7-10days
2/ For how to send the sample:you can choose DHL, FEDEX or TNT or other available courier.
