1. Cleaning your teeth.
2. Open the front lid, gently press the button 2-3  times  at  the  end  of  the  pen  to  dispense  the  essence onto the pen brush.
3. Apply a layer of the whitening serum to each tooth surface, then keep mouth closed for 20 minutes.
4. For best results, repeat twice daily for 7 days, then use as needed for weekly touch-up.
