Description of main raw material | -\tFresh Lychee fruits. Their color are from yellow red over half of the fruit to bright red over half quarter of the fruit. Ripened fruits is from 75 – 85%. Characteristic of ripe lychee with no off-flavors. -\tDiamater (Max) ≥ 28 mm . Brix: ≥ 14 %. Axit: ≤ 0,5 %. | |
