Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack the Micro Switches in plastic blister plates, each Switch in one position of the plate, then put into brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Normally, T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
For samples, Paypal, Western Union payment methods are accepted.

Due to the Virus affection, the materials and labor cost increased a lot in the past half year.

We have to stock plenty of raw materials since most of them are imported ones.

Full payment in advance is helpful for us to reduce the funds pressure to ensure the normal procedure.

All the custom projects need full payment in advance to proceed during this hard period.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5 to 25 days after receiving your payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We have experiences R&D department for molding and tooling.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: Free samples for small bulk is available for test, freight collect with customer's Courier Account.
We also have our own Express agent for shipping, if use our agent, the shipping cost should be charged from clients.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, our factory fulfills 7S quality control system, all the materials and products will be 100% test before delivery.
Durock/JWK sales will double inspection before shipment arranged.
