1. Q: What is your MOQ for artificial grass?
A: For stock models, MOQ is 50sqm;
For conventional models, MOQ is 500-800sqm;
For customized models, MOQ is 1000-3000sqm.
2. Q: How is the production time?
A: Production time depends on the quantity.
Usually it takes about 5-15 business days.
In peak seasons, it takes about 20-25 business days.
3. Q: Can you send sample to me?
A: Small samples in size 30*30cm/pc are available for quality checking.
If necessary, sample in larger size is also available for your testing.
Sample is free with freight collect.
You could provide us with your express account NO. or pay us the freight charge via PayPal or via Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Don’t worry. The freight charge will be deducted in the future formal order.
4. Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We prefer T/T payment, if you would like any other payment terms like L/C, D/P, D/A, please talk with us first.
