Q1 :  What do I do if I have a complaint or wish to make a warranty claim?

A1 :Please contact the sales who you purchased the product and contact with him&her before and explain your complaint. You will also need to take your proof of purchase with you. Please note that a manufacturer is obliged to deal with your complaint.

Q2 : How to order a sample, and what’s the sample lead time?

A2 : Sending your design or choose our ODM product, discussing detail requirement, then we start material purchasing and paper pattern/die cut work.

For the sample lead time, usually need 5-10days, depends on the sample structure is simple or complicated.

Q3 : What’s the sample charge, is it refundable? and how to pay?

A3 : We’re flexible on sample charge, usually $30~$50/style for new customer, sample charge is refundable when order confirmed.

And free of charge for regular customers.

Sample charge can pay to our Paypal, WorldFirst, Payoneer account.

Q4 : What’s the Payment terms for bulk orde?

A4 : T/T or L/C at sight. We usually charge 30% deposit, and the balance paid after inspection passed and before shipment.

Q5 : How to order with us?

A5 : Send us your inquiry--receive our quotation-- start sampling--negotiate order detail-- sign the contract-- pay deposit--mass production--cargo ready-- inspection by client/3rd party -- balance payment/delivery-- further cooperation.

Q6 : What’s the production lead time?

A6 : Depends on the order quantity, usually 45days from the receipt of deposit and sample approved.

A8 : We have a strict QC team to control the production process of bags from material sourcing, printing/embroidery/embossing, semi-finished product and finished product.

A9 : BSCI and Disney audit report. If you need product testing report, we can also send testing sample to SGS, TUV, Intertek to do testing.
