A: Sample:3-5days; small quantity: 15-20days; large order: 20-25days; according to quantity.

Q3: Is it all right to make customers’own brand name?

A: That’s all right to make your own brand name.

Q4: Is it available for samples?

A: yes, of course. sample is free, and you may pay freight cost. that would be reasonable.

Q5: Is it okay to print my logo on the products and package?

A: Yes, plz confirm the design firstly based on our sample and inform us formally  via e-mail before bulk production.

Q6:How to place an order?

A: Firstly, please let us know your requirements or applications.     

    Secondly, we quote you cost according to your needs or our suggestions.

    Thirdly, clients confirm the samples and pay deposit for the order. Then we will arrange the bulk production.

Q7:Do you accept customers’ own design?

A:We have OEM and ODM service, welcome customers own design. and we have a professional team having much experience in designing and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas (the logo, text and how they need to look like), we will draw the finished files for your confirmation.

Q8. How do you guaranty your quality?

A. 1. Our products are produced under strict quality control system.

    2. During the production, the mold, refine, forming, spraying, and silk screen, each process will be passed by the professional and experienced QC team, then next process.

    3. Before packing, test them one by one, to ensure the defects rate will be less than 0.2%.
