1 .Did your instruments or endoscope compatible all the main major brand in the world ?

 Yes,our endoscope and instruments are in line wtih international stardard and compatible of all major brands. surgical instruments are constantly improve in the basis of customer requirement.

2.What is the delivery time?

    3-5 days if goods are in stock, 10-15days for special request on package, 15-30days for big orders or special request on products.

3. Can you print our logo on the products?

   Yes, free charge. But we need the authorization letter for the logo from your side. We refuse any infringements.

4. Any problems for the custom? I do not know how to get the goods.

    We have agents who can professionally operate with DHL, FexEx, UPS, TNT, EMS etc.. If you have less experience with the customs clearance, we will export goods as  'plastic tools' or 'stainless steel tools', no medical words on the box, so you can get them more convenient. But if  customs block the package and ask for over-charged tax  and the goods will be holding by customs or sent back to us. We will return the money to you if the goods get back. But the delivery cost will be deducted.
