Q: How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay the freight and the sample cost, sample charge could be returned when you place a bulk order.


 


Q: What is your term of payment ?
A: We offer 3 options for you as follows:
(1) T/T, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against B/L copy (Recommended);
(2) Alibaba Trade Assurance service (Recommended);
(3) L/C.


 


Q: What about the delivery time?
A: 2~3 working days for samples, 3~30 days for bulk orders depending on the quantity.
