Q1: Are you factory or trading company?

A: We are factory with import and export license.

Q2: Could you send me samples? If yes, how about the sample charges?

A: Yes, we can offer some pieces of samples for your evaluation. For stock models and colors, free sample charge is available, but express freight collected. For customer appointed colors or customized logos, we will charge USD 50-200 for plate-making, which is refundable and can be deducted from order amount based on MOQ quantity.

Q3: Can your products pass the safe tests?

A: Yes, our products can pass the tests such as EN71-1,-2,-3, ASTM, REACH and etc.

Q4: What about the delivery time for both samples and mass production?

A: For samples, 2 days for the stock models and colors. If you need special colors and logos, pls contact us for checking.

    For production, it depends on the order quantity and season when you place the order. In general, the delivery is 30-40 days for OEM order. If you can accept our stock products with our logo “wzMIDA” and the order quantity is less than our inventory quantity, then we can offer a quick dispatch within 3 business days.

Q5: What is your payment term?

A:  30% T/T deposit in advance, and the balanced before shipment.
