XH Good quality suspension single leaf spring

 Single piece leaf spring hardness need to be HB378-445 after heat treatment;

•  Overheating, overburning, cracking, folding, bruising and other defects are not allowed on surface;


• Each sinlgle leaf spring need to do stress shot peening treatmnet;


•  After the spring assembling, the center bolt must be punched and riveted;


• Bolt mechanical performance level: 8.8-GB3098.1-2000;


• The surface defects of bolts shall be implemented according to GB5779.1-2000;


• Tolerance of bolts is according to GB3103.1-1982 Grade B product ;


• The spring assembly is painted with black paint or as requested, according to QC / T484-TQ9;


• Other technical requirements shall be implemented according to GB / 19844-2005.
