1. Q: Are you factory or trading company? Where are you?
A: We are Factory.and we're in Baoding City, Hebei Province, China.
2. Q:Can I add my own logo on the products? A: Yes, of course. OEM and ODM are both ok! Screen Print,embroidery,woven label,rubber are all available.
3. Q: What's your MOQ and delievery time? A: Usually, our MOQ are 200 pcs, and the delievery time for our MOQ is 5~7 working days. And for some urgent customers, the time may even be much shorter.
4. Q: Should we pay for the sample cost? A:Well, it is depends, if sample for free, but customer should take care of express charge.if we need customer to pay sample cost, they will surely get the refund after order confirm.
5. Q: How do you ship the goods? A: We arrange the shipment as customers' requested. For large quantity order, we advise to ship by sea, and for small quantity order, we advise to ship by courier company like DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT.
