Straight/ Spiral Stripes Drinking Straw Making Machine

 

1. Introduction

An ideal drinking straw machine for making colorful stripy straws.

SDSI series high speed straight drinking straw making machine is our new design. It adopts the screw diameter 50mm instead of 45mm, and L: D is 28: 1. The new design makes it much easy to plasticize and increase output. It is an economical perfect machine for drinking straw.

 

2. Characteristics

Colours: Single, two, three or five, spiral stripes, straight stripes.
Cut end: 90° /90° , 90° /45° , 90° /60° , 45° /45° , 60° /60°
All the direct contact parts made from stainless steel.
The cutting unit adopted the big plate cutter and with automatic gathering system.
The breaker, AC contactor and knob switch brand is SCHNEIDER
The inverter is DELTA

5.Quality control 

1. All of our machines design and produce according to the CE standard.
2. When the machines are ready,our workshop director will run and check first,if it is ok,then
3. our QC department will testing it again to ensure the machine is runing and working well.
4. Then we will send the testing report to client for confirmation.
5. Our principle: only after testing, machine can leave the factory. and only qualified, it can be delivered.
