XN Knee Joint Prosthesis(Fixed) Characteristics: 1.The narrowed femoral front edge prevents patellar pain. 2.Anatomical arc angle of both condyle’s sides decreases soft tissue’s pressure. 3.Semi-closed box design of intercondylar reduces the wear of plateau cam-post. 4.Deeper trochlea and lengthier recess makes patellar begin trochlear movement earlier, which prevents patient from complications such as patellar dislocation, squeaking and pain. 5.Extend and shorten posterior condyle design, which reduces posterior capsule’s tension and allows rotation with keeping stability when high flexion. The maximum flexion reach 150 degree. 6.The design of deep notch in front of the insert reduces the adverse effects for patellar ligament on high flexion. 7.Ribs on the tibia tray provide great primary stability.
Indications: 1.Rheumatoid spondylitis or ankylosing spondylitis. 2.Degenerative knee joint, narrow joint space with varus, valgus or flexion contracture. 3.Joint pain and dysfunction caused by other non-infective arthritis.
XN Knee System(complex primary/ revision) 1.Femoral condyle: CO-Cr-Mo alloy, 6 sizes for each left and right side, with screws locking Intramedullary extension stem. 2.Insert: 6 sizes, 6 thickness sizes for screw locking tibia bases, enhance the stability. 3.Tibia tray: Co-Cr-Mo alloy, 6 sizes, all-enveloped design, reduce the micromotion with insert. 4.Femoral extension stem (straight / offset ): cemented Ti alloy material 5.Augment 1 (posterior condyle / distal ): Tiscrew to fix. 6.Augment 1 (tibial / tibial half-tilt / tibialtilt ): Ti screw to fix.
