1. Can we get some samples?
Yes, you can get available free samples but freight is at your cost, please check with us.
2. How can we get a quote?
Please offer the label design,size, quantity and surface finishing,we will quote best price accordingly.
3. What format design file you want for printing?
AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.
4. Can you help with the design?
Yes. our graphic designer can offer help with simple information such as logo and some images.
5. What's the payement term?
100% or 40% deposit+60% balance or 30% deposit +70% balance before shippment.
6. May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes, we can print a digital printing sample per your file
7. What about the lead time?
Normally 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and deposit received.
8. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
We will supply the webpage and tracking No.after shipping.
9. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, By land, etc. about 5 to 7 workdays of express delivery. 20 to 35 workdays by sea, 20days by land.
10. How do you charge the freight?
It is based on total weight and CBM.
11. Do you have MOQ?
Yes. Normally 10,000pcs/design for roll label, 1,000pcs/design for sheet label.
