All our polymer modified asphalt bitumen plants are equipped with a unique control system which guaranties easy operation and a constant and homogeneous production.

EBM-MP15 In-line Polymer Modified Bitumen Plant is internationally advanced Polymer Modified Bitumen(PMB) producing plant developed based on needs of market and years of experience of PMB plant manufacturing. The producing capacity is 15t/h max.

It adopts the unique in-line producing technique, one-pass continuous production, and easy control. SUPRATON 349 high power super PMB mill with origin of Germany ensures the great particle size of just one pass. The bitumen system uses high accuracy flow meter to control the flow and electric scale for weighing SBS polymer. The whole producing process is controlled by computer and the operation is simple and reliable.

It is suitable for producing polymer modified bitumen such as SBS modified bitumen and rubber bitumen producing unit is optional to extend to modified rubber bitumen.

And ENUO also offers whole system of bitumen curing and heating equipments, and turn-key service, offering PMB production technical support.


1. Reliable and steady milling system: it uses SUPRATON colloid mill original from BWS Germany. The patent pyramid structural design offers excellent grinding and homogenization of bitumen and polymer. Adopting the "one-pass" technology develops theproduction efficiency and reducing the installation cost, and it’s easier to adjust the production capacity.

2. Highly accurate measuring and adjustable formulation: it uses flow meter to measure continuously and adjust bitumen pump flow by frequency converting. Adopting "screw feeding+ buffer silo frequency converting screw transportation" structure to realize the feeding, measuring and transporting of polymer granule. SBS modifier can have different dosing percentage from 4%-15% to adjust formulation when needed, enriching theformulation types of PMB.

3. Can extend to rubber bitumen production: rubber bitumen production unit is added tothe basic PMB producing technology, fulfilling clients’ needs at the best and save cost and land.

4. Bitumen temperature auto control: thermal couple at the bitumen outlet of heat exchanger monitoring temperature. There is electric control valve on heating oil inlet of heat exchanger. The control room remotely controls electric control valve using the temperature signal from thermal couple, realizing bitumen temperature display and remote control.

5. High production automation: adopting multiple auto control in design to realize bitumen temperature auto control, liquid level of agitating and feeding pump linkage for auto liquid level adjustment. Easy operation.

6. Container frame structure: module design realized function modularization and structural modularization, easy assembling and convenient transportation.
