▶The machine adopts the whole oil pressure design,press firmly .Bottom pressing edge and back part can be completed once,also can be operated independently ,flat ,wrapping and special shoes are edging design ,operation and use ,the use of a machine,high economic benefit.
▶Applicable to various types of shoes ,non general wall type and bag type pressing machine can be compared.
▶The use of special design,multi row close type hydraulic cylinder ,can math the irregular contour of shoes edge ,and the edge balanced,no dead angle ,the effect is excellent.
▶The design pressure communicated with the rod ,the sole in sole ,uniform stress, no voids ,and the pressure rod sliding automatic positioning design ,make the shoes convenient unimpeded ,can improve the production capacity, and not to make the surface damage ,in addition to the ordinary shoe ,no stockings or half their shoes ,can convenient operation.
▶There are eighteen pressing pads on the bottom of the pressing machine .The pads are controlled by cylinders to rise and down to firm the shoes in different shape.
