Eastland EPS Cornice Crown Moulding
The product's great strength and supperior quality is produced by our exclusive coating system, which consists of an alkaine resisitant fibreglass reinforced mesh and acrylic polymer cement surface skin, which also give themasonry appearance.

General installation procedures
1. Cut profiles using a drop saw with a masonry blande.
2. Apply dulux acratex 500/6 exsulite Render.
3. Fix profile to substrate aligning joints and securing it with props. Clean with scraper and press simultaneously the excess
cement mixture.
4. Remove all props and proceed to sand profile joints.
5. Clean up around profiles with a wet sponge for final touches.
6.Finalising the installation process with the sealing/ waterproof and caulking expansion.
