It is a reliable and heavy duty automatic packaging line for handling bulk granule products, salt, sugar, rice, seeds, pet foods, fertilizers. The product is conveyed to the weighing container by its own weight, the main feed and fine feed can be adjusted using a cut-off gate with a variable opening that, depending on production capacity, it’s driven pneumatically.

FAQ
When is the delivery or lead time? Depends on your order, for whole production line such as bag in case packing, bag in bag packing, normally it is 45-60 days. Single equipment such as VFFS packaging machines, pre-made pouch packaging machines, open mouth bagging machines, normally it is 30-45 days. In peak season, it also has something to do with our production schedule.
Is there a minimum quantity to place an order? Yes, you only need to purchase 1 set of any machines as minimum order quantity. Such as 1 set of VFFS packaging machine, 1 set of pre-made pouch packaging machine, 1 set of open mouth bagging machine.
How about the payment way? We accept TT, 50% TT as down payment and 50% TT as balance payment before shipment.
What is the mode of delivery? Machines can be shipped either by sea or by air, we can provide FOB, CNF, CIF term according to customer ‘s requirement. For big size of machine such as open mouth bagging machine, we would rather suggest shipping by sea.
What is the power supply requirement? Generally speaking, it could be customized according to customer's requirements either 220v 1phase or 110v 1phase or 380v 3phase or 220v 3phase, etc.
What about the shipment packing? We are using standard export packing materials. For Europe and Australia, we are using fumigated wooden case. For North America, South America and Africa, we are using three-ply wooden case or fumigated wooden case. For Asia, we are using wooden case or three-ply wooden case.
Who is going to install the equipment? For single equipment such as VFFS packaging machine, pre-made pouch packaging machine, open mouth bagging machine, generally we will provide manual book and videos to help customer to install the equipment. For whole packaging line such as bag in case packing, bag in bag packing, we will send technician to help in customer’s factory, buyer only need to pay for round trip air ticket, food, lodging expenses and daily allowance.
How about the after sales service? We will provide maintenance support for any issue with the equipment. If the equipment is still under warranty, we will replace and repair the faulty parts free of charge and buyer will only need to pay for the shipping or air charges. In general, we are able to ship the faulty part which are in stock within 1 day.
