The lyophilizer sublimates the material directly from solid to gaseous state at the "triple point", which is then vacuum-pumped and condensed in the condenser. The sample is dehydrated and dried, so that the bioactive material can be preserved for a long time at room temperature.Freeze-drying is mainly used for drying heat-sensitive and heat-changeable materials, such as serum,vaccine, microorganism, tissue and other biological samples, which can keep the original shape and structure of samples and facilitate storage.It can also be used for the process exploration of lyophilized medical products or other lyophilized products before mass production.

1. The machine is cooled by secop (formerly Danfoss) compressor, an international brand, with rapid refrigeration and low cold trap temperature.
2. It adopts the 7-inch true color touch LCD control system, which is easy to operate and has powerful functions.
3. Industrial embedded operating system, ARM9 core control circuit design, 32M memory 128M FLASH, fast operation response and large amount of data storage.
4. The control system automatically saves the lyophilization data and can view it in the form of real-time curve and historical curve, making the whole lyophilization process clear and clear.
5, the drying room adopts a colorless transparent injection molding polycarbon drying room, corrosion resistance, non-breakable,non-bonding, high transparency, strong sealing, the sample is clear and intuitive, you can observe the whole process of freeze-drying.
