1. How should I choose my Flushing Cistern? At which points I must be careful? First of all, you should pay attention that your cistern should be approved from necessary authorities (In Turkey TSE is the authority for approving the quality). After that you should inquire for after sales support as spare parts availability, customer support and Warranty periods. Also one of the most important point is water consumption. Your Flushing Cistern should be Efficient and Environmentally friendly.

2. How can my Flushing Cistern contribute water consumption efficiency?
Item (wholepiece) quality is the most important factor to prevent water leaks. Furthermore you can choose Interruptible or Dual-Flush Cisterns in order to save water (Visam products can save water up to 60% ). Also you can adjust the water consumption level of your Flushing Cistern to the minimum level, if more is not necessary.

3. What is the difference between Interruptible and Dual-Flush Cisterns? How do they work?
Interruptible Flushing Cistern, you can interrupt the water flow when you want with the same flushing button. Dual-Flush Flushing Cistern, you can choose 2 levels for water flow. You can choose water saver (less quantity) button, If otherwise is not required.

4. What is Concealed Cistern?
It is the cistern that you can use behind the walls. With this product, you can save space.

5. In case of any repair needed or during maintenance will I need to break the wall to reach to the cistern?
No, if the installation was made properly and there is no tank damage. You only need to remove the cover of the Flushing Plate of Concealed Cistern. Through this gap, you can reach whole parts those need to be replaced or repair.

6. Can Concealed Cistern Flush Plates be replaced?
Yes, you can change the model of your Concealed Cistern Flush plate with suitable models of our range. Most brands, produce their Flushing Plates compatible to their own Concealed Cistern models, so you should choose Visam Flushing Plates for your Visam Concealed Cistern.

7. Does Flush Plate comes in the Concealed Cistern Box?
No, you should buy a model separately from the Concealed Cistern upon your decision.

8. Which Concealed Cistern model should I choose?

You should put a plumbing pressure reducer to your systems input. Thus, you can protect your entire system and what is connected to it.

10. My Flushing Cistern is not inletting the water. What can I do?
Most probably the reason is the contaminated water of your plumbing, occlude the Inlet Valve. For maintenance, only ask for expert plumbers. To prevent this problem, you should install an inlet filter to your systems input.
