Description
NJKB center flow band screen is a new type of fine screen as a solid-liquid separation equipment developed by BOEEP to better meet the needs of municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, tap water interception and other industries.
Generally, different mechanical screen can achieve different interception efficiency for different sewage treatment processes. NJKB center flow band screen can continuously and efficiently intercept solid debris of various shapes in water, especially flat, strip and fiber type grids which are difficult to intercept by conventional screen. It can greatly reduce the load of subsequent process, improve the working efficiency of subsequent equipment and reduce the maintenance times.

Sewage flows into the middle of the equipment and flows out from both sides of the equipment after a single filtration through the filter screen. During this period, solid slag is intercepted in the inside of the filter screen. As the water level rises or time goes on, the slag will be lifted to the upper slag discharging area by intermittent movement of the screen mesh. The slag will be washed into the slag collecting trough inside the equipment by the flushing system, and then it enters the slag pressing device through chute for extrusion and dehydration, and waits for further treatment.
Product Features
1- The filter area is large and the overflow is high. The sewage passes through the filter screen from both sides and bottom at one time. The interception area is large and the head loss is small.
2- High interception efficiency: The inter flow band screen adopts circular orifice design with different aperture, and the sealing design is adopted in the docking and matching parts to ensure the highest interception efficiency under different filtering accuracy.
3- Smooth operation and low operating cost. Maintenance-free design for screen mesh band chain, and multiple protection devices are set up by electronic control. Precise calculation and type test are adopted in power configuration to ensure the best operation economy of the equipment.
4- The operation is simple. The equipment can be controlled manually, automatically and remotely. It can be controlled according to the liquid level or time.
