Q1: Could you engrave my logo in products?
A1: For mass productions order, designated logo can be engraved on products. But for stock order, 925 is engraved and packing is normal with OPP bags.
Q2: How much do you charge for a new mould?
A2: Mould fee depends on the design. However, we will return the mould fee to you if you place an office order to us, the quantity must be more than 200pcs.
Q3. How do you package the goods?
A3: Generally, it is opp package, if you have specific requirements on the package, please feel free to inform us.
Q4: How about the plating?
A4: We could plate Rhodium, gold, rose gold, silver, white, available with any color code provided by you.
Q5: Can you do custom design?
A5:Yes. customized design is available.
Q6: Can I mix color?
A6 : Yes.Mix color is available.
Q7:Why your price is a little bit higher than the others?
A7: Our price is factory direct-selling price. Real silver material is not cheap. We never use copper to replace silver like some other small workshops do. Our product has passed the 925 silver test.
Q8: Can i get a free sample for checking the quality and workmanship?
A8: We never offer free sample. However, the sample and shipping fee will be return to you right after you place an official order to us.
Q9: How long does a sample order take? How about bulk production?
A9: Generally, the lead time of sample is 3-7 days after receiving sample fee, and the lead time of bulk production is 15-35 days from the day you confirm the sample.
Q10. What is your Warranty Policy?
A10. All products are 100% new and original. - Every product has passed QC inspection before shipment. - We offer one year warranty for all products.
