Product Paramenters
YTPDJ series reducer beveling machine is specially designed for beveling both concentric and eccentric reducers of size 1/2"to 48" at both ends simultaneously. It has the features of compact structure, good appearance and convenient to operate.The materials of the reducers can be carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel.
Main Features
* It has high precise-locating device for reducer jigs, excellent hydraulic clamping device and individual hydraulic power unit.
* The sliding table is functioned with fast feeding, inching and fast retreat hydraulic stepless speed control, very safe and
easy to operate.
* The processing stroke is also adjustable according to the size and the thickness of reducers based on relevant beveling
standard.
* There are three tips for each power head, they serve for different range of work and can work at the same time to ensure the effective cutting and fully satisfy stable requirements of the guide track under the status of strong cutting.
* The application of floating cutter for large size helps to solve the difficulties of rough roundness of hydro-forming elbows,which developbeveling precision and decrease reject ratio.
* Get CE approval and ISO 9001: 2015
