Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are a manufacturer which was found in 2012.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it will take 7 work days if the goods are in stock. Otherwise it would take 25-30days for delivering after the deposit and design files are received, additionally it will also depend on the quantity orderd.

Q3: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Absolutely! Sometimes samples could be free but the freight cost is not.

Q4. Do you accept customized package and logo?
A:Yes, Custom colors and labels require up to a thousand products

Q5.Where is the shipping port?
A:our shipping port are usually Yiwu/ Ningbo/ Shanghai Port.

Q6. What is your payment terms?
A: We accept 30%T/T in advance,the balance should be paid in the period of shipment we also accept cash, L/C is available.
