For generic products that we have inventory, lead time can be as short as 3—15 days.
For customization orders (customized products), the lead time is about 30--60 days.
4.Can we have samples?
Yes, sure.
If you request samples of generic products that we have inventory, the first set of samples is free. You only need to pay the sample shipping cost from our factory to your location.If you order customized sample which we need to open molds, you may possibly have to pay the mold fee subject to the costs and conditions case by case. Lead time will be 7—15 days according to the feature of each product.
