Our product mainly consists of polypropylene woven bags, BOPP laminated woven bags, laminated pp woven Handle bag and other polypropylene woven products with various features:

Raw Material Processing

All resin material is first treated before entering the tape extrusion production process. The main purpose is to remove any excess moisture as well as pre heating the resin for quality control and ensurance pruposes.

Tape Extrustion

Tape extrusion is the most critial proess of the woven industry, since the quality of the tape has a direct impact on the quality of the packaging. Multiple quality control point is setted up in this process.

Circular Weaving

After the tapes is extruted and passed its quality testing, it will then be moved to the circular weaving process for weave. Circular weaving machine will weave the tapes in to a cirular tube for the next stage of produciton.

Rotogrvare Printing

Inorder to achieve the aesthetic and advertisement property of our packaging, the outter layer of our bag is made from a printed Biaxially Oriented Polyproplene film which is printed using a rotogravure printing machine.

Lamination

After the film is printed and the the tapes are weaved into woven fabric, we will laminated the printed BOPP film onto the woven fabric using PP resin. Therefore forming a 3 layer structure.

Bag Making

The laminated bag roll will be tested for quality pruposes and then move into bag making process, where a lot of customization will be taking place, such as features like plastic handle, PE liner, hemmed edge and etc.
