The kit utilizes a real-time fluorescent PCR detection technology for qualitative detection of dengue virus type Ⅲ in a serum sample. Dengue fever is an acute febrile disease caused by dengue virus and characterized by fever, arthralgia, muscle pain, rash, enlarged lymph nodes, and leukopenia. Dengue virus belongs to the genus flavivirus in flaviviridae. The diseased granules were dumbbell-shaped, rod-shaped, or spherical, and the genome was a single-stranded positive strand RNA.
Product Principle
The kit utilizes a real-time fluorescent PCR detection technology, and adopts a pair of specific primers and a specific fluorescent probe of dengue virus type Ⅲ(DGVⅢ) respectively to realize qualitative detection of dengue virus type Ⅲ in a serum sample.
