Customization process
(1) Content: Provide PDF/Ai/CoreIDAW / a logo source files with correct content, or pictures and text information to online customer service, and inform design requirements. Due to customized products, direct orders can not be produced;
(2) Design: After receiving the manuscript, we design and typeset for free on the same day. Design after the first time to send you to confirm, until satisfied. Please check the draft carefully after receiving the effect drawing. Once the draft is confirmed by both parties, the copy can not be modified or returned;
(3) Finalization: Since customized products can not be sold for the second time, they will not be returned or exchanged without reason after the final production. Once the customized products are produced, the order information (such as quantity, address, etc. ) cannot be modified. Therefore, please fill in the correct information. After proofreading by both parties, the manuscript content is consistent with the production content, which is not an after-sales problem. If there is any error in the picture and text after production, the customer shall bear the responsibility;
(4) Production: If you are satisfied with the manuscript, please contact the customer service to arrange the production order in time;
(5): Color difference: Please do not take the display screen as the standard. We do not make any changes to the manuscripts from customers. We only print according to the CMYK color difference provided;
