We have a professional QC team, We make samples before mass production, after samples are approved by QC, we begin mass production. We do 100% inspection during production, 10% random inspection before package and take pictures after package.
7)How to deal with the refund about the products with quality probelms?
Firstly, Our products are produced within strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period,we will replace you with new parts for free, but breakage or defects are detected, you need to take pictures and videos of problem products from the original carton. All the claims should be presented within 30 days after discharging the carton or the container.
