This PVA film packing machine is applied to the PVA water soluble film to pack the liquid detergent automatic,which can be used for packing the sticky paste detergent and detergent powder also.it can make one color,two color,three color,four color detergent pod capsule.
Features
It realizes film roll changing automatically. no need to stop the machine to change the film and can avoid the film wastage.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC, and the operating parameters are set through the human-machine interface touch screen, which is intelligent and highly.
Driven by servo motor, the consistency and flexibility of production can be precisely adjusted. Liquid can be filled very accurately, the difference is less than +/- 0.1g/podThe filling system adopts plunger type metering pump, the design precision of single pump is 0.02ml,
The filling system has high corrosion resistance, high reliability and long service life. It can be adjusted during operation.
Mold can change for one color,two color,three color,four colors.
