A3: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check. If you need physical
sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q4: When I re-order, should I pay the mold fee again?
A4: NO, we'll keep each mold for 3 years, during this time, you can re-order without mold fee.
Q5: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A5: For most items, it will need only 4-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get
a fastest production time for you.
Q6: I received, but it’s wrong, how could I do?
A6-1: If you provide wrong info and cofirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you will afford to re-make them. A6-2:
