The samples can be sent by TNT, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. If not, you can pay the freight charge to us, we’ll ship with our account.

For customized designs, please kindly share us the artwork in Vector Format, such as AI or PDF. We’ll make out the draft or clay mold for your approval firstly.
Q3. How to customize my own colors?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. You can just tell us the pantone color code you need, we’ll match the colors. We can also recommend some popular colors to you.
Q4. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 5-10 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 7-15 days, subject to your designs whether they need new molds or new printing, etc.
Q5. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 45-55 days varied upon your order qty and sample approval.

We keep one eye on the feedback for each shipment from customers, and are responsible for the quality for products. Any complaints will be followed up shortly. We are honest to work with customers to sort out any problems that occurs.
