Wax Melts Clamshell Packaging
Clemshell, the perfect single material packaging with a completely clear view of the product.
Hinged packaging is visual packaging, usually made of transparent plastic films, which are thermoformed in a thermal process.
Hinged blisters are visually very appealing and can also be closed without a sealing process by folding with “click mechanisms”.
A distinction is made between welded packaging (sealed blisters), clamped packaging (sliding blisters) and hinged packaging(Clemshell).

2.What is the PVC, PS,PP, PET raw material?
--PVC which it is very easy to be sealed by heat sealing machine and high frequency welding machine. and lots of clients choose .
--PS is environmental material. which is Widely used in electron ,medical ,food ,cosmetic ,hardware and toy filed. and it is easy for flocking. But it is fragile and easy to be torn off.
--PP is high melting point and can be microwaveable. Widely used in food packaging
--PET has high transparency and are environmental material.Usually use in food.
3.How can I get the samples?
If you have the drawing or sample, we will follow it, of course, if u donot have them, u can tell us your idea, we can give u free design. After getting your confirming, the sample mold will be made.
4.Can the factory make the OEM service or make our own packaging with logo?
we can accept the OEM service and can make your own packaging with your logo.
