Working Principle
The wet grain that needs to be dried enters the grain dryer through the grain equalizing mechanism.
When the grain reaches the low level in the grain storage section, the hot air blower is started to supply hot air to dry the grain.
When the grain reaches the level in the grain storage section, the level device starts and sends out an electric signal to start the grain discharge motor to start the grain discharge.
When the grain reaches the high level in the grain storage section, the police will stop feeding.
At this time, the food rationing continued, and the level of grain began to decline.
When it fell to the middle level, it resumed to feed, so that the cycle proceeded.
Adjust the feed rate to keep the system in dynamic balance.
