How quick can you deliver the order to us?
For most regular items, we have them in stock which can be sent within 3 - 7days. Please contact for stocked details. However, for those that need customizing, it requires about 7 - 25days for production, depending on your quantity/your logo/whether need create moulds or not.
Can you customize / personalize as per our design?
Yes, we can accept both OEM & ODM designs. Please feel free to send artworks.
Can we have a sample before bulk production?
Yes, sure! A sample before production is necessary. We can provide free sample to you if we have existing, but freight will be collected on your side. For custom design, we will need to charge certain sampling cost, which can be refundable if your quantity reaches.
What file type of artwork should I send to you for making logo?
1.You can send us Vector art such as “EPS” or “AI” or “CDR” or “PDF”,“IGS” “STL”
2.Convert text to Curves, to avoid the font deformed
3.Except 4 color process printing, all the screen printing artwork requires corresponding Pantone number of each color.
4.JPG file is also essential as it guarantees the original design won’t be changed or deformed in any circumstance while we open it. The resolution of “JPG” file must be 300dpi when placed at 100%, otherwise objects will be vague while enlarging the arts.
5.Please specify the product full size in the artwork, if it is semi-cubic or 3 dimensional cubic, please specify thickness. Sometimes it is necessary to offer CNC artwork or physical sample for fully 3D designs.
How to make an order with TOMAS?
As long as you provide the logo & designs with specific details (size / quantity/ finishing and colors etc.) stated clearly, we can quote you the best unit price and mold charges accordingly. If budget can be accepted, you can proceed payment through T/T, Credit Card, Ali Trade Assurance etc. to make the order happen.
